Basic Hypnotherapy Certificate (Distance and Onsite)
Please note that the in class requirement in all of our combination Onsite and Distance courses are only available in Vancouver and Kelowna, BC at this time. Our Basic course can be done completely by distance but our Diploma and Basic Onsite course requires 6 weekends (1 per month) in Vancouver or Kelowna.
This Basic 285 hour course consists of 60 hours in class and the balance by distance learning (video, textbooks, manuals and assignments). This course takes 5 to 8 months to complete and upon successfull completion qualifies the student to receive a Resident Hypnotherapist Certificate from The Orca Institute and a Resident Hypnotherapist certificate from the IACH upon becoming a member. Distance Learning Basic Hypnotherapy Certification (285 hours)
This course can be started anytime and can be completed from anywhere. It includes 4 DVDs (45 hours of video), a 30 page course manual and 70 page video companion manual. It is identical to our onsite Basic course with the exception of the in class portion. To learn more click here.
Counselling Hypnotherapy Diploma program

The successful completion of this 8 month 640 hour course results in a Diploma as a "Counselling Hypnotherapist (Cand.)". This title corresponds to IACH (International Association of Counseling Hypnotherapists) standards. Upon completing 600 hours of client practice the (Cand.) in the title will be deleted. The balance can be completed offsite doing an average of 20 Hrs. per week at home over 8 months.
